"Great Selection, More Than I Expected"
They had a really solid selection, more than I was expecting. I found a bunch of different sizes and way more camo options than I thought they’d have. It actually took me a little while to decide because there were so many good picks. Left feeling happy with the whole experience...

"Tried it once and couldn’t get comfortable"
I really wanted to like this, but it just felt way too stiff for me. I wore it one time and gave up quickly. Maybe it works better for someone else, but I couldn’t get past how uncomfortable it was. I ended up changing into something else halfway through the day, which was annoying because I was already running late and had coffee on my mind more than anything.

I was just going through checkout like usual and tried a couple of promo codes I had found. The site itself was fine and nothing really stood out as a big issue, but after messing with the codes for a bit, one of them went through and the other didn’t.

"Pretty solid selection!!!"
I’ve ordered from Mossy Oak a few times now, and the stock has usually been good!!! Most of the sizes and patterns I was looking for were actually available, which is always nice because some other sites seem to sell out so fast!!! The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that a couple things showed low stock, and when I came back later they were already gone!!! Not a huge deal though, I just picked something else. Overall, still a good experience!!!

"Pretty solid camo for hardwoods"
I’d probably give Mossy Oak 4 stars. I mostly hunt in hardwoods with some brush mixed in, and the pattern seemed to blend in really well. Deer didn’t appear to pick me out as easily as they have with other stuff, so I’m guessing it was doing its job, right? The only thing I noticed is that some of the patterns looked a little darker online than they do in person, so I’d definitely look closely before buying. Overall, though, it worked well for what I needed.

I grabbed a hoodie for my brother as a gift, the whole thing was almost too easy. It showed up right on time, the size was spot on, and he liked it way more than I expected. Checkout took basically no effort at all. Zero complaints here—I’d definitely order again

"Tracking was decent, even if I got a bit impatient"
I got the tracking email sooner than I thought, which was nice because I hate waiting around not knowing what’s going on. The updates came through for most of the trip, though one of them showed up later than I would’ve liked. Still, overall I pretty much knew where my package was, so I can’t complain too much...

The box showed up in good shape and everything inside was wrapped really well, so nothing was damaged. Overall, I don’t have any complaints about the order. I’m also expecting the promised compensation to be handled, but as far as the delivery and packaging go, everything was fine.

"Mostly right order, but one sizing mix-up"
I got my Mossy Oak order and most of it was correct, but one of the items came in the wrong size compared to what was listed in my email receipt. Shipping was fine and everything else matched what I picked out, so it wasn’t a huge hassle. I just wish they had double-checked the order a little better before sending it out...

"Payment went through, but it was a bit frustrating"
The checkout did go through eventually, so my order was placed without any major issue. However, my card was declined the first time for no clear reason, which was a little annoying. I tried again and it worked fine, but the process definitely could have been smoother.

My order did show up, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but it arrived later than I was expecting. I’m usually careful about ordering things I need by a certain date, and I’d probably give myself extra time next time just to be safe. Overall it was fine, but the shipping speed could definitely be better.

"Decent Jacket, But Not Quite Storm-Ready"
I ordered a jacket from Mossy Oak and it’s been okay for light rain and a little wind. The fit was comfortable, and it does dry fairly quickly, which I liked. But once the rain picked up, I started feeling damp after a while. Nothing dramatic, just kind of disappointing. I THOUGHT WE WERE READY FOR THE WEATHER, BUT APPARENTLY NOT. Overall, it’s not a bad jacket, I just expected a bit more protection when conditions got heavier.

"Honestly better than I thought"
I picked up a hoodie and was kind of surprised by how nice it feels. The fabric is thick but not stiff, so I’m assuming that means it’s good quality. The stitching looks clean too, which in my mind usually means it won’t fall apart anytime soon. I’ve washed it a few times already and it still looks fine, so yeah, no complaints. Happy with it overall.

I did end up getting my rewards points, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Just a heads up to anyone using it, don’t count on them showing up right away, because you might be waiting a bit.

I had to swap a jacket for a bigger size and it was super easy. The return label was simple to find, and the new one showed up faster than I expected. No annoying back and forth or anything weird, wich I really appreciated. I’d def order again.

"Fast email help"
I emailed Mossy Oak with a question and, they got back to me quicker than I expected. The reply actually made sense too, not one of those lazy copy-paste answers you can usually blame half these companies for sending.
They got everything sorted without making it a whole ordeal, which I appreciated. Can’t blame me for liking a company that actually answers emails properly.

"Warranty got sorted, but it dragged a bit"
I had to contact them about a warranty issue and, yeah, it did get taken care of eventually. The support person was nice, so that helped, but the whole thing felt slower than it needed to be. I had to go back and forth a few times, and at one point I had to explain the same issue again, which was a little frustrating. Not a huge disaster or anything, just kind of annoying. Overall, it was fine, but not exactly smooth. I’d say 3 stars is about right.

I ordered from mossyoak and ended up having a question about my shipping, so I reached out to customer service. They did get back to me and were perfectly polite, but it took around three days to get a real answer. Not the end of the world, but who doesn’t hope for a quicker response when they’re waiting on an order? Everything was sorted out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, it was an okay experience — not bad, just not exactly fast either.
